Round the result to the nearest whole number to determine the number of steps you take the stairs up and divided that number to determine the height of the lift.

Fixed indicators basement stairs to a square, one at the mark of 25.4 cm in the body and the other to the lift height on the tongue. Place this against a board 2 x 12 and trace the shape of the first step. Walking up the steps with a saw Circular, trimming the ends so that the part back to the top of the ladder is parallel to the elevators and the bottom is parallel to treading.

Short double 2 x 6 boards as width steps have planned for basement stairs. Screw two of this each to the upper surface of the steps to create the footprints. L brackets screwed to the side rear of the top of the ladder, positioned so that the horizontal portion is on top.
